• The temperature is set by adjusting the analog dial
• Great for use with chocolate confections, baked goods and ice cream
• Store in a cool dry place
• Do not turn the machine on without the tub of chocolate
• To clean, unplug and wait until the machine is cool.
• Once cool wash the steel tank with warm water and dishwashing detergent.
• Use a damp cloth for the plastic base.

This machine does not temper chocolate automatically!
