Their extreme flexibility provides excellent control during preparation while the textured surface adds a modern, dimensional finish to traditional creations.

Each mat measures 11.8" x 7.9" x 0.5" (300 x 200 x 13mm) and is made from BPA-free silicone that is temperature resistant from -76°F to 446°F. For best results with puff pastry, use pre-frozen dough no thicker than 2mm to achieve a clean, well-defined texture.
