East Coast Photo will refund you in full if any product you buy from us is defective, or if you are not satisfied with the item you ordered, provided the following conditions are met:

• You must call us within 7 days of receiving the order to obtain an RMA number.
• The merchandise is in the same condition as sold.
• All original manufacturer's packaging, with all literature, instructions, documentation and blank warranty cards is included.
• We must recieve the merchandise within 30 days of the order date.

Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method (UPS/Fedex, or USPS with a tracking number) to:
